In one bowl mix the mashed bananas, melted butter, brown guar and regular sugar, egg and vanilla extract together. After everything is incorporated start adding in the dry ingredients first the all purpose flour, sift before adding in. Then add the baking soda, salt and any other add ons. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Once preheated add your mixture to your bread pan and let bake for 1hr and 15 minutes. In order to check that the bread is done, stick a toothpick and if there isn’t residue left on the toothpick then your banana bread is done baking and you’ll end up with your delicious banana bread!
